1. I just bought brushes — how do I download them?

• Do not try downloading the files on a phone. Use your iPad (or another tablet/computer).  

• Open the confirmation email from Inked Matrix (check spam/promotions if you don’t see it).  

• On your iPad, open the email in Safari (make sure your iPad & Safari are up-to‐date).  

• Tap the download link for the brush set.  

• On the page that opens, click Download. Then you’ll see a link to open/import your brushes in Procreate.  

• Once imported, the brushes will appear at the top of your Brush Library. (You might need to scroll a bit.)

2. Do I need an account for Inked Matrix?

• You don’t have to have an account, but it helps. Having an account makes it easier to track your orders + re-download in the future if needed.

3. What if the download link doesn’t work / I get an error?

• First, double-check you’re using an iPad and downloading via Safari.

• Make sure your iPad’s OS is current and that Safari is updated.

• If that fails, email support@inkedmatrix.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll send a working link. (We monitor these pretty quickly.)

4. Will the brushes automatically show up in Procreate?

• Yes — once you click the import/open link, Procreate should add the brush set to your brush library.  

• They typically show up at the top of the Brush Library or in the first visible spot (you may need to scroll a little if your library is large).

5. What do I do if I lose the brushes / need to re-install later?

• You can re-download using the same email/order. If you made an account, log in and re-access your purchase.  

• If you don’t see the file or link, just contact support@inkedmatrix.com with your order number or purchase email and we’ll resend.

6. Payment & Security

• All payments go through secure gateways (Shopify Payments, etc.).

• Your payment info is encrypted and kept private.

7. Licensing / Commercial Use

• With your purchase, you are licensed to use the brushes for personal and commercial work (tattoos, prints, client work) — using them in finished artwork is okay.

• What you can’t do: resell, share, or distribute the brush files themselves. (So, you can use the designs they help you create, but not give away or sell the brush pack.)

8. Refunds / Exchanges

• Since these are digital downloads, we can’t offer refunds once the file has been delivered/imported.

• But if there’s a technical issue (download broken, wrong file, etc.), contact support — we’ll fix it (resend files, etc.).

9. Bundles & Savings

• We offer bundles that let you save compared to buying each brush set individually. (Check the “Bundles & Deals” section on the site.)  

• Bundles contain multiple sets at a lower combined price.
